    Agentic cycling trip planner

    Planning a multi-day ride means juggling routes, gradients, daylight and where to sleep across a dozen tabs.

    Ran the discovery, designed the agent loop, then built it: a planner that turns a vague ambition into a day-by-day touring trip, with routes, bike-friendly stays, weather and cafe stops, and an LLM-as-judge eval suite behind it.

  2. // build 02 In daily use

    Job-matching pipeline with LLM scoring

    Job boards return hundreds of near-misses and no sense of which roles are actually worth a reply.

    Defined the scoring rubric, then built the pipeline end to end: a fetcher pulls roles, an LLM scores each against a profile, and a web app surfaces the ranked shortlist with the reasoning attached.

  3. // build 03 In daily use

    Self-hosted agentic assistant

    Off-the-shelf assistants can't reach my own tools and data, and I won't hand those to a third party.

    Architected and built a self-hosted assistant that plans, calls tools over MCP and runs multi-step jobs against my own systems, kept private and under my control.

// method How I work

  1. Discover

    Structured workshops and user interviews to find the real problem before a line of code.

  2. Prototype

    A working slice in days, in front of real users, to learn what the spec missed.

  3. Ship

    Architect it, build it and put it in production. I write the code, not just the brief.

  4. Measure

    Instrument what matters, watch how it gets used, then cut and sharpen.
